Follow Up Boss is a Game Changer
The power of Follow Up Boss is a game changer for me. It shows me what visitors are looking at online even when they don’t log into their free account.
I use an action plan in Follow Up Boss to connect with visitors who have registered on my real estate site.
- Email goes out on initial registration for homes, contact us, free items that we give away
- A unique text message goes out to the visitors that generates office appointments
- A series of emails following up with the client
- If someone raises their hand and has a showing request, we follow a different system.
- Task reminders and appointment reminders are used to follow up promptly
Activity Panel in Follow Up Boss is the Key
The bottom right-hand corner of each visitor’s record in this contact management system, it shows you what each visitor is doing online.
This panel gives us talking points with a client. When I email this client, I may ask him about the last property he looked at or send him a couple of properties based on what he has viewed.
If the buyer or seller does not log into their IDX account on www.RedWagonTeam.com, then I would never see what they are looking at UNLESS I have Follow Up Boss running.

How does Follow Up Boss capture the website activity of Showcase IDX?
This is accomplished through a “pixel” that displays a phone number on your website and tracks users that have an account in Follow Up Boss.
Unbelievable.
Visitors will text me through this number and their information goes into their notes as a contact.
It’s a true game changer for me since I use it with Showcase IDX to provide great customer service to clients.
Phone App Excitement Gets Even Better
Plus, they have an app for my phone for the CRM Follow Up Boss that allows me to text, call, or email potential customers from my phone. I will be traveling and this app comes in very handy for me. Two of my agents will be using this product soon.
All of the contact information goes directly into the notes section so I can be a more effective real estate professional.
