How do I place an order for a new website?
Call Jay at 562-413-7655. He will send you an invoice for the package you have chosen above. You will pay 1/2 upfront for the website. This is non-refundable. 1/2 upon completion of the website.
How long will it take to build a real estate website?
It should be 1 to 2 weeks depending upon which package you select. If you are moving your current website from another platform to WordPress, we need to talk about that. I will send you a website planning guide. Just fill it out, provide your company logos, and photos of you or your team, and we will go from there.
My Website is In Square Space and I want a WordPress Website.
If we have to move your content from Square Space to WordPress, the starting price is $6,500. Square Space is not compatible with WordPress. There is no way to safely export the data intact and import it into WordPress. It is a longer process to move your content off of the Square Space. Call me and let’s talk about it.
Do I own my own content and domain name?
Yes. You can get a domain name from Godaddy or another name provider. We will need access to that account so we can point the name to our servers where your website will be hosted. You own all the content you create for your website and the content we create for you.
How many leads a month will I receive?
We are going to build your website and integrate an IDX property search tool into it. The number of leads you generate on your website is up to you. You have to add content or hire us to do that.
Some website companies provide blog posts for agents. Do you do that?
We can at an additional fee. Most of the companies that provide that for free, give the same content to the other clients…I call that duplicate content and the search engines can penalize your website for that. Follow my content strategies or create your own, helpful content, and your website will grow over time.
