I hired a real estate coach. He recommends IDX Broker. Is that a good product?
It depends. It uses a subdomain like https://search.yourwebsite.com. The “search” is a subdomain and it acts like duplicate content on your website and may hurt your SEO. I’m not a fan of IDX Broker. See an article by a web design company about subdomains and how Google can flag them as duplicate content.

The chart above mentions Users 2 for Essential and 5 for Premium. What does that mean?
All of the leads go from one website to the main agent’s account. He/She can assign other agents leads with one click from the main account. The Essential package lets you and one other agent work together, but you’re the boss of the leads. You decide who gets to contact each interested buyer.
If you go with the Essential package and need a 3rd agent to assign leads to, you will need to pay an extra $4.00 per month for an extra account.
