Learn how to start a blog for real estate in 2024 by creating helpful content for your audience. You blog real estate. Plain and simple.
Create popular real estate blog topics like this list:
Are you a real estate professional with a website, you need traffic. You can do it a couple of ways.
- Blogging – write what you know about the cities you cover, neighborhoods you know, or condo buildings. Tell me why a buyer should live in each of them. Give your personal insights.
- Advertise on 1 or all 3 major search engines. Like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. Each of them has millions of users per day. Start with a small budget of $200 per month…and bid around 0.25 a click if possible. Focus your attention on catchy titles and descriptions of each ad. Google gets more traffic but it is more expensive than Bing and Yahoo.
- Add video to your blog posts. Perhaps you can shoot a video and then have it translated into a blog post. That would save you time writing.
- You could use an AI tool…BUT. Examples of those for writing are Claude.ai, Jasper.ai, Copy.ai, SEO.ai, etc. There are lots of them. Whichever one you use, make sure to proofread the content and edit it. I have a step-by-step system to do this…if you are interested, contact me. Analyze it to ensure it is not detected by search engines as AI content.
- Dump Instagram and TikTok. People searching for homes or condos to buy are not using those platforms to search. Go to Pinterest instead. Add your photos there and a live link back to your website. I talked to an executive at Pinterest in the past and he suggested this.
