Showcase IDX likes the Streamlined Search vs Advanced Search for mobile users. I just like the Advanced Search tool. But the new MAP SEARCH uses Streamlined. I’m testing the Streamlined search with two listings side by side on our main Long Beach real estate website that you can check out.
